Or maybe you just want someone to map or edit your process charts. Our implementers are there to support you in getting your business systems into the hands of your team.

Consulting Packages

Leveraging our knowledge and skill to give you the confidence to get it done. The consultant, drawing on a wealth of business experience will motivate you along the way, holding you accountable to accelerate your systems project significantly.

Accelerator

Working closely with a Brain in a Box Certified Consultant, this package will really accelerate the development of systems in your business. With a combination of workshops, consulting and implementation support, you will achieve significantly more than you would by working on systems without our assistance.

The accelerator package is designed to guide you during the first three months of your systems project, after which you can either extend the package or, depending on your confidence, continue without our regular assistance. Of course you can always book further consulting time as required.

Assimilator

This package is targeted at the business owner who is determined to ‘get it right’. They understand the need to develop strong skills and practice in the business, and recognise that the collaborative approach is the best way to go.

Working closely with Brain in a Box Certified Consultant for a full twelve months, we will ensure that your system is implemented and managed according to the needs of your business. This will create a true systems approach in your business and create the foundation for continued improvement as your business continues to grow.

The Assimilator package can easily be integrated into our Cert IV in Business programme.
