Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

Payment Methods

Credit Card via Secure Website

You can use our secure online shopping cart to make your purchase and pay with your Visa or Mastercard. When purchasing from Brain in a Box Pty Ltd your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (security sockets layer) encryption technology, which is the current industry standard. 

Credit Card via Telephone

You are welcome to phone us with your order and provide your credit details for payment at the time of placing your order.

Direct Deposit

Brain in a Box Pty Ltd is happy to accept payments made directly to our bank account via electronic funds transfer. To use this option please contact us and we will invoice you directly. Please note that our invoice will show our bank details. Please use your name or order number as a reference so we can match the payments at our end for faster delivery.

Your order will only be despatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Cheques

We are happy to accept either Business or Personal cheques made out to Brain in a Box Pty Ltd. To use this option please contact us and we will invoice you directly. Please note that our invoice will show our payee details. Please include a copy of the invoice or a remittance advice with the cheque as a reference so we can match the payments at our end for faster delivery.

Your order will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Delivery

e-Products

Electronic products (e-products) are available for download immediately following confirmation of the successful processing of your payment.

Physical Products

Brain in a Box Pty Ltd will deliver Australia wide. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us for all international orders before placing your order to ensure that we understand your needs.

All packages will be sent via Australia Post or delivered by a registered courier service.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 1300 799 330 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.

All Postage and handling costs, where applicable, are indicated on the purchase page.

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 2 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

Services purchased online

Payment for professional services or workshops completed online are accepted on the understanding that the service or workshop will be provided to you/our customer no later than one month from date of purchase.

Refunds Returns

Brain in a Box Pty Ltd does not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or which result from "change of mind".  We take every care to properly represent the nature and function of all merchandise and services offered for purchase.

Brain in a Box will accept returns of products according to following criteria:

  1. A written request to return merchandise must be submitted to Brain in a Box Pty Ltd before the item(s) is/are returned. Once the request has been approved, an approval letter will be emailed to you. You must print a copy of this letter and include it with the returned merchandise.
  2. Brain in a Box Pty Ltd will not grant returns for printed material once a revised edition has been issued, or the material is no longer available for purchase.
  3. Brain in a Box Pty Ltd will not grant a return of merchandise for overstock items, no-sale items or items that were purchased longer than 1 year (365 days) prior to the date of the request to return.
  4. Returned merchandise must be received in resalable condition for the credit to be applied.
  5. Returns are for credit only and the credit will be held on file for a period of 6 months from the date the material arrives at Brain in a Box Pty Ltd's offices. After the 6 month period, credit will be voided and not reissued.
